Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- ½ Cup Plain Instant Oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- ⅛ Teaspoon Fresh Nutmeg
- Ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients except ice to blender and blend on high.
- Add 1 ice cube at a time until shake reaches your desired texture.
- Serve immediately.

Made this for breakfast and loved it! I took the advice and used frozen bananas so I didn’t need to add ice. Easy to make for workday mornings, and kept me satisfied all day!
