  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Plain Instant Oatmeal
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Fresh Nutmeg
  • Ice
  1. Add all ingredients except ice to blender and blend on high.
  2. Add 1 ice cube at a time until shake reaches your desired texture.
  3. Serve immediately.
