This recipe actually was created out of necessity. I wanted to make duck flautas (which came out excellent and will appear on this blog soon), but I needed a sauce to pair with the roasted duck. So I thought what better flavor than a spicy orange. As for the Sriracha, well, why not? Sriracha makes everything better including mayonnaise.
And this recipe is super quick. You can make it literally in less than a minute if you try!

- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly Grated Orange Zest
