- ¾ Cup Frozen Blueberries (or fresh)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Whole Milk (sub skim for less calories)
- ⅔ Cup Plain Yogurt (sub non-fat for even lower calories)
- ¼ Cup Instant Quick Oatmeal
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until all ingredients are combined.
