Brown Sugar and Molasses Fried Chicken Wings Recipe: This ultimate combination of savory and sweet will be a major hit at your next party!

Ingredients
  • 24 Wings (approximately 2 pounds)
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Molasses
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Quart Peanut Oil (for frying, sub veg oil if allergies)
Directions
  1. Heat a Pot of Oil for Frying to 350 Degrees
  2. In a bowl add the flour, salt, pepper and paprika and mix until fully combined
  3. In a separate bowl add the honey, molasses, sugar and brown sugar and mix until fully combined
  4. Place the chicken wings in the bowl with the flour and gently coat each wing evenly
  5. Fry the wings in small batches until golden brown (5-7 minutes)
  6. Immediately transfer fried wings to the bowl with the honey, sugar and molasses and coat evenly
  7. Allow to slightly cool and serve immediately
