Brown Sugar & Molasses Chicken Wings

- 24 Wings (approximately 2 pounds)
- ¼ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Molasses
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- ½ Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Quart Peanut Oil (for frying, sub veg oil if allergies)
- Heat a Pot of Oil for Frying to 350 Degrees
- In a bowl add the flour, salt, pepper and paprika and mix until fully combined
- In a separate bowl add the honey, molasses, sugar and brown sugar and mix until fully combined
- Place the chicken wings in the bowl with the flour and gently coat each wing evenly
- Fry the wings in small batches until golden brown (5-7 minutes)
- Immediately transfer fried wings to the bowl with the honey, sugar and molasses and coat evenly
- Allow to slightly cool and serve immediately
